1 General Provisions

2 Account Registration and Eligibility

3 Deposits and Withdrawals

3.1 Deposit Conditions

The following conditions apply to depositing funds on n bajje:

• Minimum deposit: ৳500 (per method).
• Accepted methods: bKash, Nagad, Rocket and bank transfer.
• Deposits must be made only from the member's own payment method.
• No method registered in a third party's name may be used.

3.2 Withdrawal Conditions

The following conditions must be met to withdraw winnings:

• Minimum withdrawal: ৳800.
• Withdrawal methods: bKash, Nagad, Rocket and bank transfer (Dutch-Bangla Bank, BRAC Bank, Islami Bank and other Bangladeshi banks).
• Withdrawal processing is generally completed within 30 minutes to 3 hours.
• Any applicable wagering conditions must be met before submitting a withdrawal request.

4 Bonuses and Promotions

4.1 Welcome Bonus

n bajje offers new members a 100% bonus on their first deposit, up to ৳8,000. The wagering requirement for this bonus is 15 times the bonus amount. For example: depositing ৳1,000 earns a ৳1,000 bonus, giving a balance of ৳2,000, with a wagering requirement of ৳1,000 × 15 = ৳15,000.

4.2 Other Promotions

n bajje runs various promotional offers for regular members. Each promotion has its own conditions, which are clearly stated on the promotions page.

4.3 General Bonus Terms

• Bonus funds cannot be withdrawn directly — withdrawal is only possible after the specified wagering conditions have been met.
• If a member attempts to collect bonuses using multiple accounts, the account will be cancelled.

5 Betting and Gaming Rules

5.1 General Betting Rules

Once a bet on n bajje has been confirmed, it cannot be changed or cancelled. n bajje reserves the right to void any bet that was incorrectly confirmed due to a technical error.

5.2 Betting Limits

• Minimum and maximum bet limits apply to each game and market.

• n bajje reserves the right to change the betting limits for any member.

5.3 Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited:

• Match fixing or attempting to influence the outcome of any event.
• Attempting to generate artificial profit by exploiting the bonus system.
• Transferring funds from one account to another.
• Placing automated bets using computer programs or bots.

6 VIP Program

The n bajje VIP program has three tiers: Bronze, Silver and Gold. Weekly cashback benefits are available at each tier.

• Bronze: Up to 0.4% cashback on the week's net losses.
• Silver: Up to 0.8% cashback on the week's net losses.
• Gold: Up to 1.2% cashback on the week's net losses.

Cashback is paid at the applicable rate on weekly net losses (total losses minus total winnings). Example: a Silver tier member with a weekly net loss of ৳20,000 receives ৳20,000 × 0.8% = ৳160 cashback. VIP tier upgrades are determined based on overall activity and regular participation.

7 Privacy and Data Protection

• All transactions are secured using SSL encryption.
• Member data is not sold to third parties.
• Limited data may be used for verification and fraud prevention purposes.

8 Responsible Gaming

n bajje always encourages responsible play. Gaming is a form of entertainment — it should not be treated as a source of income. Members may use deposit limits, session time limits or temporary breaks at their own discretion.

9 Account Closure and Bans

n bajje may temporarily or permanently close an account without prior notice in any of the following circumstances:

• Fraud, manipulation or any other dishonest conduct.
• Operating multiple accounts.
• Extended inactivity of an account.

In the event of account closure, any legitimate balance will be returned; however, cancelled bonuses or funds from suspicious transactions will not be refunded.

10 Technical Errors and Dispute Resolution

10.1 Technical Issues

If the outcome of a game is affected by a server outage, network problem or other technical issue, n bajje may void that round or bet and the stake will be returned to the member.

10.2 Filing a Complaint

If there is a dispute regarding any transaction or game result, it must be reported within 72 hours of the incident via 24/7 live chat or email. Complaints will be reviewed and a decision communicated in due course.

10.3 Final Decision

In any dispute, the decision of n bajje shall be considered final. However, if a member is not satisfied, they have the option to appeal in writing.

• If service is disrupted due to an unforeseen technical event, n bajje will endeavour to restore it as quickly as possible.

13 Changes to the Terms

n bajje may partially or fully amend these Terms at any time. Updated Terms take effect from the date they are published on the site. Continued use of the site after a change is considered acceptance of the new Terms by the member.

For significant changes, a notice may be sent to the registered email or posted on the site. However, it is the member's own responsibility to stay informed of any changes.
